On 20 June, Atilla Incecik, an internationally renowned expert in the field of ocean engineering, editor-in-chief of Ocean Engineering, and professor of the University of Strathclyde, UK, paid a visit to the university and made a presentation on "Ocean Energy Utilisation".
Professor Atilla Incecik introduced the types of energy, world energy consumption and global distribution of deep-water oil and gas reserves, and analyzed the design principles and performance characteristics of different types of oil and gas exploration and production platforms, and offshore renewable energy devices.
