In Feb 2019, in accordance with the idea of realizing HEU internationalizing education concept, actively launching international exchange and cooperation, an exchange team of 35 members was organized, consisted of 1 doctor, 18 master candidates and 15 recommended students, went to Russia, for the“Ice Mechanics Winter Camp” held by North Pole International Research and Education Centre of Far-east Union Uni. Engineering Institute. Wherein, the members of the teem listened to series lectures, discussed with relevant experts there, and carried out some on-site studies with Russian scientists and students.

At the end of the study, Course-completion Certificates were issued to each participant by Far-east Union Uni.
