1. Team Introduction
Ship impact and trans-media dynamics "Xinghai" academic team formerly known as the former Chinese People's Liberation Army Military Engineering College, Department of Naval Hull Structural Mechanics Teaching and Research Laboratory, later evolved into the vibration laboratory of the School of Shipbuilding Engineering, Harbin Engineering University, so far has a history of more than 60 years, is now under the School of Harbin Engineering University, is one of the first 15 key construction of the first batch of academic team Xinghai, Harbin Engineering University. Harbin Engineering University focus on the construction of the first batch of 15 Xinghai academic team. Since the 1960s, the team has been facing the national strategic needs, focusing on the combination of basic research and major projects, carried out a number of models of equipment in China's impact damage and protection design, trans-media dynamics and control, vibration and noise control, composite applications and other related research, efforts to solve the relevant industrial infrastructure problems, and promote the development of the cause of a strong nation of the sea.
Professor Yao Xiongliang, the team leader, is the national "May 1st Labor Medal" winner, the first and second level of the national "One Million Talents" project, "511 Talent Project" academic and technical leader, "Longjiang Scholars" special professor, the National Defense Science and Industry Commission of the higher education institutions of the outstanding teachers, the national curriculum of the Civic and Political Science course teaching masters, the famous teacher of Heilongjiang Province.
2. Achievements and Honors
The "Dynamics of Ship and Marine Structures" taught by the team was evaluated as one of the first batch of national first-class undergraduate courses, national model courses and teaching team, and the textbook won the second prize of the first Heilongjiang Provincial Textbook Construction Award, and was selected as the planning textbook of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. In the past five years, the team has undertaken more than 100 scientific research tasks in more than ten categories, such as key projects of the National Natural Fund, National Defense 973, National Defense Basic Research Program, General Armament Pre-Research, and model research projects; won more than ten national and provincial awards for national invention and technology, national scientific and technological progress, and scientific and technological progress in national defense; published more than 400 high level academic papers, such as SCI, and applied for more than 200 national patents for invention; published seven books such as "Hull Vibration".
3. Team culture and talent development
The team takes "cultivating moral character" as the most fundamental task of talent cultivation. From the cultivation of the "Three Deeds" scientific research spirit to the "Three Virtues" ideological quality, the team aims to cultivate new generations who will take on the responsibility of national rejuvenation, and to cultivate socialist builders and successors who will develop morally, intellectually, physically, spiritually, aesthetically and laboriously.
In terms of talent cultivation, the team adheres to the principle of "first-class discipline", entering "first-class team" and becoming "first-class talents".

(4) Delivering real talents: 80% of the excellent graduates are recommended to the first-line research institutes and colleges of national defense, including the Naval Equipment Research Institute, China Shipbuilding Group Research Institute, the First, Third, and Fourth Space Academies, Rocket Force Research Institute, and the major colleges and universities.
